The Program started in 2008 with HB 1133 being the first law that was enacted regarding the Georgia Tax Credit Program. Following that initial HB 1133 there has been additional laws enacted that added, changed or amended the HB 1133. We have provided the Laws here under the House Bill (HB) number from which they originated, WITH THE CURRENT LAW being first.
